Return Policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened packages.

If your product is unopened, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once the product is received.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us. We care deeply about our customers and will do our best to make it right.

To start a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us at ellen@riverkitchencompany.com with your order number and details.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
