What Is Granola Bark?

Granola Bark is a different kind of granola made with almonds, walnuts and pecans instead of oats. We bake it in one big sheet, then break it into bite-sized clusters before bagging it.

The result is rich, nutty granola that’s lightly sweetened with maple syrup and delicious over yogurt, with milk or straight from the bag.

Most granola is built around oats. Ours starts with premium almonds, walnuts and pecans, along with coconut, cinnamon and pure maple syrup. By building the recipe around nuts instead of oats, we created a granola that is low in sugar and carbohydrates without compromising on rich flavor or satisfying texture.

Why is it called Granola Bark?

It bakes into one large sheet, almost like a piece of bark. We break that sheet into bite-sized clusters with a soft, satisfying crunch before bagging it.

How should I eat it?

Sprinkle it over yogurt and fruit, enjoy it with milk, or snack on it straight from the bag. For something savory, toss it into a salad, sprinkle it over a casserole, or use it as a crunchy crust for baked chicken or salmon.

Is it very sweet?

No. It has a lightly sweet maple flavor designed to complement the toasted nuts and cinnamon.
